Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of TagItBagIt, the website at tagitbagit.com and the software service provided through it (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by CabbyGo, LLC dba tagitbagit.com ("TagItBagIt," "we," "us"), 49 Sample Bridge Rd, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What TagItBagIt is

TagItBagIt is subscription software for licensed cannabis cultivators. It connects to your Metrc account through Metrc's official API, summarizes where your plants, harvests, packages and transfers stand, and provides an AI assistant that drafts plans to update your Metrc records. Changes are made only after you approve them.

2. Who may use it

  • You must be at least 18 and act for a business that holds a valid state cannabis license, or for someone authorized by that business.
  • You must be authorized to use the Metrc user API key you connect, and you are responsible for everything done with your TagItBagIt account.
  • Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly at support@tagitbagit.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Plans, free trial and billing

  • Price: $300 (USD) per year, per licensed facility, plus any applicable taxes.
  • Free month: first-time subscribers get a 30-day free trial. A payment card is required to start. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
  • Automatic renewal: unless you cancel, your card is charged $300 when the trial ends and on each yearly anniversary after that.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of CabbyGo, LLC. Charges appear on your statement as TAGITBAGIT. We do not see or store your full card number.
  • We may change the price for future renewal periods with at least 30 days' notice by email.

4. Cancellation and refunds

  • You can cancel at any time from the Billing page (Manage billing, card & cancellation). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid year, and you keep access until then.
  • If you cancel within 14 days after an annual charge, email support@tagitbagit.com and we will refund that charge in full. After 14 days, annual fees are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
  • We may refund or credit at our discretion in other cases, such as an extended outage.

5. Your Metrc connection and your records

  • By connecting a Metrc API key you authorize us to access Metrc on your behalf, within the permissions of that Metrc user, to provide the Service.
  • You remain solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of your state track-and-trace records and for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to your license.
  • Every change the Service makes in Metrc is shown to you as a plan and runs only after you approve it. Review each plan before approving. Some Metrc actions, such as destroying plants, cannot be undone. The Service marks these before you approve them.
  • We are not affiliated with Metrc LLC or any state regulator, and we do not control Metrc's availability or behavior.

6. The AI assistant

The assistant uses automated language models. Its answers and plans can be wrong or incomplete. It does not provide legal, tax or compliance advice. Use your own judgment and consult your own advisors or regulator where needed.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to falsify state records;
  • connect a Metrc key you are not authorized to use;
  • attempt to access other customers' data;
  • interfere with or overload the Service;
  • reverse engineer it;
  • resell it without our written permission.

8. Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Your Metrc API key is encrypted at rest. You can disconnect it at any time in Settings, or revoke it by generating a new key in Metrc.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update or change features. If we discontinue the Service, we will give reasonable notice and refund any prepaid fees for the unused portion of your subscription.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that fail to pay. You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CabbyGo, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any regulatory fines or penalties, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in the Service before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
